This Farm Stay offers a 320 sq ft cottage. Rest in this clean, cozy and private space. Rise with the rooster, free range with the flock and enjoy this peaceful property. Rock on the porch, listen to the wild birds serenade the farm and roost to the crickets chirping in evening. This cottage is located behind our home in a gated pasture with a view of our pasture and animals. The space Our two acres are truly a hidden gem, we are on a safe and quiet street surrounded by equestrian farms. Follow the shared driveway to the back of the property to access private parking in the pasture, that’s located directly next to The Guest Coop. We provide coffee, oatmeal packets and fresh eggs. We go above and beyond with cleaning. I wash EVERYTHING between guests. All surfaces, handles and light switches are wiped down and disinfected. An ozone machine is used after each guest. Our property offers a unique and relaxing stay, but also a truly clean experience. Guests may take a peak at the chickens in the barn and gather eggs if hungry, utilize the outdoor bar & grill, and enjoy s'mores by the fire (we provide the chairs and roasting sticks). If you plan on having a fire please bring necessary material (including a bundle of wood). We try to keep the fire pit full of small branches and twigs. We are located ten minutes from Old Town Tomball where you’ll find antique shops, rustic-chic boutiques, a live music venue, wine tasting and many other unique experiences that make our small town so special. Guest access All outside areas not gated can be shared by our guests. Guests may enjoy at their own risk. We do have a play area on our property that has a tree house, trampoline and sandbox. We ask that guest supervise their kids at all times when they are outside. Other things to note The most important note is that we have small children, please be drive slow and be aware at all times when driving on the property. We do have railroad tracks nearby and hear the train horn daily. We do have a few roosters they will talk all day long. If it rains the ground can be muddy and messy and so can the driveway. We are pet friendly, but all pet stays must be pre-approved. We require a small pet cleaning fee for anyone approved to stay with their pet. We ask that pets are crated while mom & dad are away. Also, that pets are not allowed on furniture in respect for future guests. Pets are required to be supervised at all times when on the property and cleaned up after.
