Sleeps 4 very comfortably with one King and one Queen bed (plus queen size sleeper sofa and new air mattress for 6 total guests). Cable and hi speed internet, DVD in every room. New modern kitchen and appliances, including coffee percolator, and new Keurig coffee machine (fresh tea bags and various K cups, decaf too, with milk and cream waiting upon arrival, but bring your favorite blend along). Central AC w/ ceiling fans in every room. Almost 2 acres of manicured property. Plenty of bath towels and bed linens and pillows for your stay. Lots of other amenities but please don't hesitate to make a request or inquire about availability of something important. Just minutes from over 70 North Fork vineyards, farms, antique stores, art galleries, yard sales, lavender farms, festivals and only a mile from center of historic Greenport village with its great stores, shops and Zagats rated restaurants!! There is also an amazing horse carousel in the center of town right by the marina and boardwalk with stunning views that kids absolutely love to ride!! So enjoy the best of both worlds!! Be as close as possible to the center of the action, but also able to enjoy the peace and serenity of living outside of the village. Short walk to Islands End Golf Course for you golfers and just a 2 minute ferry ride to beautiful, quaint Shelter Island and the famous Sunset Beach (an Andre Balazs property). You can also take the ferry to Sag Harbor and spend the day in the Hamptons if you wish!! Amenities include new propane BBQ, outdoor table and umbrella, zero gravity beach chairs and beach towels, coolers on request, free guest parking pass to local beaches minutes away as well as access to private deeded beach just down the road. Perfect for couples, friends or families looking to get away and relax and play, for bachelor/bachelorette parties, and for that fishing/golfing excursion.
