This newly built in-law suite is in a wonderful location just half a mile from the Swamp Rabbit trail and downtown Greenville's Falls Park. The apartment includes 2 parking spots, and additional street parking about a block away. Long term stays available; inquire for pricing. This 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit is above a garage, which is in a separate structure in the backyard of the owner’s main home. A one-way alley runs behind the homes on this street, from which you can access parking and the Airbnb. Two parking spaces on the concrete pad on the right side of the driveway are available for guests to use. Once parked, you will follow a stone pathway around the garage structure to the door of the AirBnB, then proceed up a flight of stairs to the AirBnB. This AirBnB is located in an upscale neighborhood of Greenville, adjacent to downtown Greenville. It doesn't have the bustle of downtown, but please note that it is still close to downtown so it is not the complete quiet of the suburbs or country. The Airbnb is equipped with 1 bedroom with a queen bed and walk-in closet, 1 common living area with a full sized pull-out couch, a kitchenette attached to the main living area, and a full bathroom. The kitchenette has a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer, a Keurig, a toaster oven, a microwave, and a countertop camping stove/hot plate. There is not a full oven/stove range in this kitchenette. The washer and dryer are in the garage, beneath the Airbnb unit. If you have bikes or strollers, you are welcome to store them in the garage! Let us know in advance and we can provide easier access to the garage through the car garage door. The owners do use the garage regularly and will open/close the car garage door, which even with the bedroom sound machine on may be audible from the Airbnb unit. The owners do not use the car garage door late at night, but if there are hours you would prefer they do not open the car garage door, please let us know!
