Garden Suite in the Heights

Welcome to our cozy garden suite located on the ground floor with a private entrance on the west side of our house, in a peaceful & quiet neighbourhood. Your space has every day amenities to make your stay more comfortable including wifi, a Smart TV to connect your Netflix or other subscription service to, a full shower and tub, and a kitchenette w/ fridge, microwave, single burner hot plate & Kuerig coffee maker. The space This suite includes a cozy gas fireplace, a full bathroom with a bathtub and a comfortable bed. This is the perfect spot to catch up on some reading, catch up on work or catch up on some shows on TV. We are only 5 blocks from bustling Hastings Street in The Heights in Burnaby so there are many wonderful and diverse restaurants and coffee shops as well as markets and grocery store, all within walking distance. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful and transit is nearby. This is a non smoking, non vaping rental. Also, this is a pet-free suite. Noise: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am. Garbage and Recycling: Help us reduce waste by using the blue bin for plastics and metal, the grey bin for glass and the yellow bag for paper and cardboard. There is a green bin under the sink for organic food waste. SkipTheDishes and DoorDash are favourite food deliveries among our guests. Our eating area does not have a standard stove. Instead we offer a microwave and a single burner induction stove, along with a toaster and a Keurig coffee machine.
