Have fun with the whole family at our detached home with private pool on a big lot - perfect for a family vacation! New queen beds and mattresses. Driveway parking available, as well as strong WIFI, BBQ available for use. Close to all amenities like supermarkets and plazas - 2 minute walk to Fresh Co, Starbucks; 10 minute drive to the Falls, Casino, Clifton Hill and Marineland. The space Our 3 bedroom home is spacious and bright, with an open concept floor plan that includes 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room with 2 sofa beds and a smart TV, and a 3-piece washroom with tub. Outside, you will find a large swimming pool, gazebo, and BBQ. Two of the bedrooms have queen sized beds. The other bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 single beds. This room has sliding doors that lead to the backyard. Guest access Guests have access to the main floor of the home, the side hallway, and the entire backyard including pool, gazebo, and BBQ. There is no access to the basement or garage at this time. A long-term tenant currently resides in the basement.
