The Biltmore Estate and Blue Ridge Parkway are both under a 10-minute drive. This fully renovated one-bedroom is in a historic building full of charm. The sofa in the living room converts to a full-size sleeper. Hosting a group? 4 of our Airbnb units are in the same building and can be booked together. The space features a charming clawfoot tub with shower, Roku TV with Netflix and streaming apps, and a comfortable sleeper sofa for extra guests. Thoughtful touches and vintage details give this flat character and comfort. This apartment is street-level, located directly beneath our chiropractic office, which opens at 8:30 AM on weekdays only. You may hear footsteps in the mornings, but the office is closed evenings and weekends. You’ll be just 2 blocks (a quick 3-minute walk!) from The Orange Peel and Asheville Yards (formerly Rabbit Rabbit), two of the city’s best live music venues. We’re right in the middle of it all—arrive early and you may even hear warm-up sets from Asheville Yards. Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or friends. Our rate includes up to 2 guests. Each additional guest is $10 per night. If your plans change and you need to update your guest count after booking, no problem! I’ll be happy to make the adjustment manually, since Airbnb doesn’t always add it automatically. If you’re traveling with a group, we have 3 additional Airbnb units in the same building—reach out to book together!
