Tucked in a quiet street in Normaltown (one of the most vibrant intown neighborhoods in Athens), our comfortable, private and clean 1BR house has everything you need for a great stay. Our thoughtfully furnished and fully stocked guest house has a complete kitchen, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a spacious living room and dining nook, a full bathroom, and a bedroom with a comfortable queen bed, a chest of drawers and a closet with ample space to unpack all your clothes and feel at home! The space Other amenities include: a private entrance with easy access from the street, high-speed wi-fi with lots of bandwidth for remote work, a flat-screen Roku TV with a dedicated Netflix account (sorry, we have NO CABLETV, unless you can figure out how to use your account with our TV), a private side patio to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beer at night, charcoal grill (upon request), an antique pie safe that functions as a bookshelf with books and board games, local art and pottery and other local handmade items for your use. This house is ideal for an individual or a couple; however, it can comfortably accommodate an additional person or two, sleeping on comfortable single cot beds that we can set up in the living room, upon request. The house has central heat and AC. Also, in a nice day you can turn off the AC and open the windows and door (it has a screen door), if you love fresh air as much as we do! IMPORTANT NOTE: We take your safety and ours very seriously and have high cleaning and disinfecting standards, which comply with the CDC guidelines.
