Walk-in Lake Condo, next to Silver Dollar City!

Welcome to our home away from home in the Ozark Mountains! The Cove on Indian Point, is on a quieter part of Table Rock Lake perfect for swimming and relaxing, for those wanting a bit of city life we are just minutes from Silver Dollar City and 15 min to the Branson Strip and all the city has to offer! We hope you love it as much as we do! * Note that our housekeeping team is cleaning using recommendations from CDC COVID guidelines The space Our comfy and cozy 2 bed 2 bath condo has recently received a little TLC, with new paint throughout and new granite countertops in both bathrooms! Enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon tea on the private 20 ft. deck that overlooks the Ozark Mountains, or cozy up in front of the fireplace in the living room and watch a movie. On property you have access to a tennis court, basketball court, playground, and walking trails to the lake. Wi-Fi and a smart TV in the living room ensure there is always something to watch. *Just a note that we are the middle unit of our building, there is someone above us and below us. There can be noise from the surrounding people. Kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, crockpot, dishes and all other essential cookware and utensils. Living Room: queen size sleeper sofa (memory foam mattress) TV and electric fireplace Master Bedroom: king bed with private bath, TV Guest Bedroom: queen bed with adjoining bath, TV Other: TV, Wi-Fi, cable, blu-ray player, board games, central heat and air. Tennis rackets, tennis balls, basketball, 4 beach towels, and 4 camping chairs provided for your use. Community grill behind the building There are 2 marinas located near the resort. Indian Point Marina 3.5 miles away and Rock Lane Marina 3 miles away. Both offer slips and launch ramps as well as boat and water sport rentals. There is no boat or trailer parking available at the Cove, however boat and trailer parking can be found a short distance from the resort. Guest access The guests will have access to the entire condo, and community amenities: tennis court, basketball court, playground, outdoor pool & hot tub and a trail to the lake. * Our lake access is only walk in, we do not have boat access. Other things to note ** Just a note that we are the middle unit in our condo, so there is a unit above and below us. The resort has a quiet hour policy from 10pm to 8am, and other guests and owners are supposed to follow this rule. However like any other apartment or condo you can expect some noise from other units.
