In the heart of Queen Anne, minutes away from bus stops to downtown Seattle, a variety of festivals at Seattle Center, and lower Queen Anne - featuring a taste of Seattle restaurants and cafes. It is the perfect location for someone wanting to easily enjoy the highlights of Seattle during the day, and have their own private space at night. The space THE SPACE: This home is the lower unit of a duplex-style house and features a private entrance through the back garden. Full kitchen, lots of light, with 1 bedroom and 3/4 bath as well as a large patio. With a brand new queen size bed in the bedroom, this house will very comfortably fit 2 guests. There is also a pull out sofa that can turn into a double sized bed in the living room. KITCHEN: There are great places to eat close by, however a nice perk of renting an apartment is having access to the kitchen. Feel free to use the appliances and prep and eat at home or on the patio and relax in the sun. AMENITIES: Amenities like fresh towels and linens are provided. You also have access to high speed internet, a Roku and Netflix during your stay. LIVING/DINING ROOMS: There is a living room equipped with a TV and Netflix access, but there is no separate dining room. PARKING: Free street parking is available right in front and back of my house and is rarely a problem. PUBLIC TRANSPORT: The stop for bus numbers 1 and 2 that take you to downtown Seattle is less than 5 minutes away from the house. LAUNDRY: The only space shared is the laundry room, which is also secured with a lock for privacy. Guest access The entire apartment.
