The Oak Ridge Ranch - Cabin and Wildlife Preserve

Only 40 min from the OKC metro! As a several hundred acre working cattle ranch and hunting preserve, the Oak Ridge is truly a special getaway. Wake up to the sound of turkey’s gobbling from the ridgeline and see whitetail deer from the front porch of the cabin - all with a cup of warm coffee in your hand. Nestled in the rolling hills and soaring sandstone bluffs of Western Oklahoma, this is a secluded wildlife mecca you won't forget. Hiking, stargazing, wildlife, campfires, and so much more. The space The cabin sleeps 8-10 people and 2-3 couples. It has all the modern conveniences including: good cell phone service, free fast wi-fi, updated working kitchen, and a washer/dyer. Guests will have access to approximately 15 acres immediately around the cabin. If you go hiking and walk into a fence, see a deer stand, feeder, etc then you've gone too far. In the 2 car garage there is a ping-pong table and dart board for family game time and a fun hang out area. Inside, there's board games, cards games, outdoor magazines, and three 55" TV's for movie watching. There's a large covered front porch with a table and outdoor seating. Watch the sunrise during breakfast and watch whitetail deer during sunset. NOTE: 2 Seater John Deere Gator available for lease. $75/day with signed liability waiver. Guest access Guests will have access around 15 acres of the ranch. Please stay within the open areas and timber immediately around the house. If you happen to run into a fence line, deer stand/feeder, or closed gate on the property, you know you've hit the end of the road Jack! For the safety of the cattle and guests, please never open a gate or cross a fence. Please contact the hosts if you have questions! The number one priority for all guests is to constantly be aware of their surroundings and ensure that all safety precautions are taken. The nearest hospital is 40 minutes away. You are responsible for your own safety. As mentioned, this is a working cattle ranch and active hunting lease for some parts of the property. We will be coming and going on the property tending to ranching activities so don't mind us. We won't bother you. If you ever have questions or concerns, just call me!
