The property sits up off of the street behind a locked security gate for safety, privacy and Oh, the great view of Downtown San Diego! Comfy queen bed in master bedroom and comfy twin and trundle in 2nd bedroom. Huge balcony plus a patio with furniture! The space Property consists of a House and a Studio (Studio is a separate rental). Though the gated entrance to the property is shared and the exterior space is shared, the studio has a separate entrance and no part of the house or balcony is shared. Guest access You will have access to every part of the property except the studio.
