Everything in the home is top of the line - recently totally redecorated & with many upgrades installed including new hot tub, new double oven, 2 new fridge/freezers, new electronic equipment including theater room projector, large flat screen televisions, DVD players, Blu-Ray players, new flooring & carpeting, & new A/C units. A loft conversion was completed in 2021 adding a further 600 sq ft to the home with bedroom, en-suite bathroom, seating area with 65" TV, & a dormer area with panoramic views over the lake. This air-conditioned home has 11 bedrooms & 5.5 bathrooms all recently redecorated. Most bedrooms have flat screen TV's with cable, Netflix & DVD players, & all have ceiling fans. Also a multi-room music system, WI-FI for the entire house, & Fibre Optic Internet upgraded to 300MB. On the Main Level the home features a huge fully equipped eat-in kitchen with granite counter-tops, an extendable dining table seating up to 16, & a large adjacent walk-in pantry. The laundry room is equipped with full-size Maytag washer, 2 large Maytag dryers, a large wash basin, & the 2nd fridge/freezer. On the Upper Level, there are 3 large bedrooms & a full bathroom. One bedroom has King-size bed with lake views & another has a Queen-size bed, & each with walk-in closet & large wall mounted flat screen televisions & access to Jack n' Jill bathroom. The 3rd bedroom, with access via a private stairway close to the living room, has a King-size bed, large wall mounted flat screen TV, closet, & views over the lake. There is also a lovely suite including play area, full bathroom, walk-in closet, and 3 bedrooms, one furnished with two sets of 2 Queen-size bunk beds sleeping 8 linked with curtain access to a 2nd bedroom with a set of 2 single bunk beds sleeping 2 children, and a sliding door accessing into the 3rd bedroom with a set of Queen-size bunk beds sleeping 4 . On our Skyline Level, a 600 sq ft loft conversion was completed in 2021 with access via a stairway in the Upper Level suite with a bedroom with a Queen-size bed and 2 Queen-size bunk beds, an ensuite bathroom, a TV lounge with wall mounted 65"TV, & with the additional bonus of a dormer area with bench seating providing panoramic views over the lake. The Lower Level includes 3 large bedrooms -two bedrooms with Queen-size beds & the third bedroom with a King-size bed. Each has a large flat screen televisions & 2 also have walk-in closets.
