Nestled away from the downtown hustle, but just 10 mins from water parks, downtown Dells, expressway & Walmart. The space Welcome to our beautiful accommodation! Our fully equipped kitchen features all the essentials you need to cook up a delicious meal, including pots and pans, silverware, glassware, a toaster, a coffee pot, and cooking utensils. The dining table seats four comfortably, perfect for a family meal or a game night. In the living room, you'll find a comfortable stuffed chair and two end tables, as well as a fireplace, a television, and a DVD player. The living room also features a ceiling fan to keep you cool and comfortable during your stay. Additionally, both the living room and master bedroom have their own TV, and a clock radio is available for your convenience. We provide all the essentials you need for your stay, including toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry baskets, towels, paper towels, broom and dustpan, mop and bucket, hand dish washing soap, dish washing detergent, vacuum cleaner, bed linens, and a hair dryer. Please note that there is no washer and dryer in the unit, but there is a place on the property for your use. As an added convenience, there's a pet motel just down the street for those traveling with furry friends. Generally, skiing and tubing are available from mid-December through mid-March, while golfing may be available from May through October. If you have any questions about seasonal activities, please don't hesitate to let us know. Additionally, some amenities may be available at an additional cost at the resort. We're here to ensure that you have the best possible experience during your stay, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or requests. Other things to note As a guest, you'll have access to registration services, which can provide you with information on area attractions and discounts for golfing, activities, and other local attractions. Our onsite facilities include free parking and 24/7 security to ensure your comfort and safety. Please note that a $100 refundable security/damage deposit is required to secure your booking. Guests must be 25 years of age or accompanied by a parent or guardian. We do not allow pets on the premises. We strive to accommodate all our guests' needs, including those who require Handicap & Hearing-Impaired units. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will do our best to provide suitable units upon request. We offer various floor plans, and the dates and unit type are confirmed upon confirmation & availability. Due to COVID-19, the initial stocking of the unit is for 4 people. If you have more than 4 guests, housekeeping and guest services can provide additional towels, linens, pillows, blankets, etc. upon request for up to 6 guests. Please note that some ski hills may be limited due to weather and COVID-19. However, we do offer a free towel exchange program at the clubhouse every day during the hours of operation. You can exchange each used towel for a clean towel (for delivery, there is a charge). Additionally, there are free laundry facilities available for your use.
