The GetAway is located on our farm. Older than some - CLEANER than most. It's only 17 miles from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Ripley’s Aquarium, Gatlinburg. Mountain views and babbling waters from the shallow branch are waiting for you and your family. No winding roads to climb. Family friendly with lots of room for kiddos to run off energy, games for kids of all ages, lots of homey touches. Four HD TVs with Amazon Prime Video. Fast Wi-Fi (fiber optic 91 Mbps) - dedicated workspace. The space Three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with kitchen, dining area, living room and two decks. Master suite has a queen bed, HDTV, and full bathroom with garden tub. Second bedroom has full bed, HDTV and full bathroom right outside the door. Third bedroom- TN room has a queen sleeper sofa and twin bed, HDTV, games and dedicated workspace. Four HD TVs with Amazon Prime Video, Fire TV, Roku Fast Wi-Fi (fiber optic 91 Mbps) - Stream 4K videos and join video calls on multiple devices. Fully stocked kitchen – all dinnerware, pots and pans, coffee maker, crockpot, toaster, electric range, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A mountain stream provides great tasting water to our farm. Outdoor electric BBQ grill, two dining areas outside and 4 comfy rocking chairs will have you and your family relaxed and fed in no time. There is a pond on the property as well as a shallow branch/ creek. Please- no swimming or fishing. Plenty of parking with carport and large, flat gravel driveway Please note- security camera in use to verify number of guests. Guest access You will have access to the home, pond, creek, and surrounding area. We invite you to explore the area. Please - no swimming or fishing in the pond and obey signs. We live nearby and enjoy the quiet of the area. We rarely hear sirens and always enjoy the sounds of birds and other wildlife. No mountainous, gravel road to travel. It’s a great central location to Gatlinburg, Sevierville, and Pigeon Forge. We are CRAZY about clean and triple sheet to give our guests the best possible night's sleep. Cleaning products for your use are provided. There is a security camera on the back deck that ‘watches’ the carport. There are no other cameras on the property. Central heat and air conditioning. Fans in bedrooms. Lots of games for all ages.
