Charming 4 bd 2 bath Victorian Guest cottage on Country estate directly between Nashville (20 min) and Historic Franklin (15 min). Downstairs has 1 King, 1 Queen. Upstairs also has 1 King and 1 queen. Downstairs there is living room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 baths, and a laundry room. Please note both bathrooms are downstairs. Relax and enjoy a wrap around porch w/rockers overlooking the perennial garden. Guest have use of heated saltwater pool. 8 adults (max). Sorry, no bachelorette parties. Guests are welcome to use the pool all they want. There is a zipline in the back yard children may use if parents are present. Pool towels are provided but must be washed before leaving. The kitchen has cooking essentials, a coffee pot and a Keurig with pods. Guests are welcome to wander the beautiful 4 acres including the vegetable garden and stone chapel. If children would like to hold or feed a chicken ( or collect some eggs) just let us know! We are available to help with any advice you need. Our home is on the property but we really strive to give our guests all the privacy they desire but we are here if you need anything! Our place is in a a very nice area of town with lovely large estates. Downtown Nashville is about 20-30 min away depending on traffic and historic Franklin is about 15 minutes. You need a car for sure. Uber is available for trips downtown but a car is needed for most everything else.
