Home in Pinedale

A completely remodeled house in downtown Pinedale two blocks from Pine Street. Everything is a five-minute walk away. This little house has a full kitchen, bathroom and cozy bed with fluffy duvet. A new sleeper sofa. A record player and a collection of vintage vinyl. It also has a private, fenced yard, doggy door, and an off-street parking space right next to the house. (In addition to lots of open on-street parking for trailers, etc. Sweet little gas stove in the living room. The space 1950s cozy house without the noise of TV or traffic. It is well set up for two people, with a brand new sleeper couch in the living room. Doggies love the fenced yard and their own door from the house. Guest access Private, fenced yard, off-street parking next to house, additional street parking on North Street right next to the yard. Other things to note Please do not leave any dishes resting in the sink. It is old and easily stains. There is a dish rack next to the sink if you need it. Dogs are welcome. Cats probably won’t work out, but feel free to ask. We love welcoming traveling dog families. We do ask for respect and care. Please pick up after your dog before you check out to help keep pet costs nonexistent. Major hotels now charge $50/night for pet fees. We don’t like that, but need your help to avoid increased fees. Pet policies: Please no pets on the bed. Hours have been spent lint-rolling sheets with black dog hair. :P We provide sheets to cover the couch/futon if your doggie will get up there. Please no pets on the bed. Pets on uncovered couch or on the queen bed at all will result in a $100 charge. My cleaning person needs it. *Your dog should be friendly and house trained. *You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog. The home is for two guests maximum. Both town rules and homeowner’s insurance do not allow more than two guests. The home is not kid friendly. Please no kids under 12. Price includes 4% sales tax and 5% lodging tax.
