Lakeview Cottage with Private Beach Access

Dreaming Tree Cottage, our recently updated home is located in a private community, Mapleton Beach, offering a lakeview & beach access perfect for your getaway. It is located near the heart of wine country and in the middle of the GOTL strip. While a few wineries and a brewery are walkable, many other wineries are a 15-20 minute drive away. It is easy to access ride services such as Uber/Lyft. There is also a wine shuttle we recommend that can be pre-booked by the Lodge + Conference Center. The space Our home has been recently updated and features a renovated and stylish kitchen and bath. This charming house offers two dining areas with seating for many. The comfortable sectional couch and new 55 inch flat screen smart TV on a swivel mount are ready for movie night or game day. Two of the four bedrooms feature new memory foam mattresses. The private outdoor patio has seating, string lighting, fire pit and a new gas grill. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home with contact free entry via a code given for check in. Other things to note A second full bathroom with standup shower, large vanity and toilet was just added in December 2022.
