Bel Air Escape - Rustic & Wooded Hillside Home

Rustic escape up in the Bel Air/Beverly Hills area. Minutes from UCLA, Westwood, Santa Monica, West Hollywood. Extremely quiet & private, entire house surrounded by trees off of the main road. Parking, 3 balcony patios. 4 bedrooms, 3 on main floor (1 is a living room/sofa bed but can be sectioned off privately) + a single bedroom on 2nd floor, private master loft with own full ensuite bath and balcony. Extremely rare getaway in LA! The space This cabin-feel gem of a home is nestled away off of a main street in the Bel Air/Beverly Hills area. A spacious master suite, dual vanity bath and walk-in closet expand the entire 2nd floor. Large living room with fireplace, kitchen w/ new granite counter tops and all stainless steel appliances, 2 bedrooms, full bath, & sun-room/bedroom combo complete the first floor. High post & beam ceilings with walls of glass and stylish wooden shutters make this home bright & cheery. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout, access to 3 levels of outdoor patio complete the property. The space can accommodate up to 8 guests. However, for maximum comfort, 6 guests is a more ideal number. Please note the bed & rooming situation: my living room + sunroom combo has a sofabed currently in the main living room (the leather couch). You can have up to 8 guests and be super cozy and save yourself some money. I don't mind if you don't, but you should be aware that some people might feel a bit cramped or surprised with 8 guests & the setup. So, if there are 8 of you and you like lots of space, please be aware this unit might not be for you. 8 guests are allowed so guests can save on accommodations. Please also note there is no official dining table setup. Some guests are surprised by this as well. Please also note that there are approximately 15 stairs to enter the home and 10 to reach the master bedroom. Guest access The entire home is available and private for guests. The only restricted access is a small storage closet and the garages (dedicated parking is in front of the house). Other things to note ACCOMMODATIONS: While the space can accommodate up to 8 guests, the sleeping arrangements are most comfortable for 6 guests. The maximum is for guests that don't mind alternative sleeping arrangements, such as the couch and/or sofabed. The fourth bedroom is a sunroom off of the main living room area. GUESTS: Please make sure to mark the correct number of guests (including pets); no additional guests, temporary visitors, or events of any type are permitted. Any guests found in violation of the permitted maximum guest count will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund. PHOTO/VIDEO: No professional filming or photography is permitted. QUIET HOURS: Please keep noise levels at a respectable volume at all times. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM, including inside the home, as sound travels easily to neighboring homes. Voices, music, or noise of any kind should not be audible beyond the property line. NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT permitted at all on the property (even outside) as this home is located in a Very High Fire Hazard Severity zone. PETS: Well-trained pets are allowed. No pets are permitted on furniture (especially couches/beds). Any excessive shedding or messes/waste must be cleaned up. Pets may not be left unsupervised unless crated. If crating your pet, please ensure that they don’t bark. The pet fee does not cover additional cleaning or damages caused by pets. Pets must be leashed at all times when outside the home.
