Just a short drive to Grass Valley & Nevada City for gourmet restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, wine tasting & farmer's markets. The space The covered front porch is very welcoming. The are decks on three sides of the house. There is fast Wifi and TV. The kitchen has everything you need to cook & bake or BBQ outside on the gas Weber grill. There is a large shop on one end of the property and the house is at the opposite end near the pond. We may stop in to water & do maintenance but we will always respect your privacy.
