Bright, yet cozy, newly built small home.

This is a newly constructed small, energy efficient home. It is bright and clean and cozy all at the same time. Guest have their own half bath but the luxury full bath and double shower is shared. Everything is spotlessly clean. Guest have their own fresh linens and even their own bath matt to step out of the shower onto. I do not travel much and I live in my home and will be here as your host most always. I am a very accommodating host that will respect your privacy. The space Bright and airy. Open. Spotless. This home sleeps two in the guest bedroom and two more can crash on the oversized sofa, (extra guest fees apply of course). LBGTQ and lifestyle friendly. Not 420 or drug friendly. During your stay Sometimes I will not be around much at all but I do spend most nights in my home. Your privacy is of utmost importance but friendly and helpful interaction seems to be the norm with my guest thus far. Other things to note The shower seems to be a huge hit. It has two shower heads and tons of room for two. The house is spotless and sanitized between guest. The ice maker is always full!
