The space The guest apartment has own furnace/AC (all filtered air circulation) and water heater separate from main house of host. The property is in an older forested neighborhood on a small lake, still within the City of Indianapolis. The apartment is spacious and refreshing for the focused business traveler or student, and only a 15-20 min. drive to downtown venues such as Bankers Life Fieldhouse and Lucas Oil Stadium. It is a ~30 min. drive to Klipsch Music Center in Noblesville, 10 min. to the Indianapolis Museum of Art, and ~12 min. to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Just a few miles away is the Trader's Point Creamery, as well as other excellent restaurants and shops in Zionsville, to offer guests variety beyond options in downtown Indy. Guest access The main entrance to the house opens to a foyer isolated by doors on each side. The exterior door to that foyer is shared by guest and host. Guest uses own staircase up to the completely private, separate apartment, none of which is shared - all for guest only. The yard areas shown are around the whole house, and guests are welcome to enjoy these.
