The 'master' has a dresser available, however it's closet is not offered. a half bath. A Full bath is located off the main hallway. Please note you may encounter a locked door in the hallway, as a 3rd upstairs bedroom is not included. Downstairs: Painted concrete in living area and vinyl flooring in bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, an exercise bike, and a full bathroom. The smaller bedroom has a full bed. Note the entrance to the downstairs bathroom is located in the larger restroom. Home does not currently have a TV installed. However Wifi is available so you may stream entertainment on your own devices. Parking: House has a driveway that is one car wide and 1-2 cars long. It will generally hold 1 truck or 2 small cars. There is room to park 2 cars on the street. Generally it is safe to park on the street. The street does have a moderate amount of traffic. Please note that all parking is at your own risk. Additional information: This home is being made available on Air BNB for its first time. Please understand that 1 individual lives here when not rented, and treat it as you would you would your own. The kitchen only has the most basic cooking and preparation tools. Plates, Silverware, and some glasses are provided. There is a slide and swingset located in back yard. Use is at your own risk. Steps are very steep. Slide and swings are designed for smaller children. If adults or larger children cause damage then the guest listed on reservation is responsible for damages.
