Please note that my insurance requires I collect certain information from guests upon booking, including phone number, and e-mail address. Guests will be asked to sign a vacation rental agreement and agree with a full list of house rules, which are reasonable and easy to follow. ✹ HOUSEKEEPING: Walter, the smart robot vacuum cleaner (my butler), will clean the home every other day. Multiple air purifiers keep the air fresh throughout your stay. ✹ SECURITY: An external doorbell camera operates from the property entrance for guest safety. It is on 24/7 and records short video clips when motion is detected, but does not record audio. I respect all of my guests' privacy. ✹ Please treat my home with care.
