Our 2 bedroom apartment in Ravenswood, one of Chicago's vibrant and neighborly Northside neighborhoods, is ideal for your group! There's space for 5, and a newly renovated kitchen - though you may not have time to cook, with all of the family-owned restaurants nearby! Also nearby is the Montrose Brown Line station, which will take you down to the Loop in about a half-hour, and Lakeview / Lincoln Park in even less. Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day. Guests between the ages of 18-24 are permitted to book on an exception basis only. In your inquiry please provide your age, reason for booking and who will be staying with you. Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city. Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund. 1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable. 2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay. 3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty. 4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises. 5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily. 6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal. 7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee. 8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule. 9.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. The Montrose Brown Line stop is about a 3 minute walk east. The 78/Montrose bus has a stop at the end of the block, and the 50/Damen bus has a stop just a 3 minute walk west, so it's easy to get around here without a car. If you do bring a car, however, there's plenty of street parking in the neighborhood.
