The space Common grounds available to all guest, some cottages have 2 small private Gazebos, set up tv and microwave. Open fire pit great for marshmallows, piers great for fishing, crabbing, playground for children available. As well as a hammock for the children and adults. We have on site steamers in work shed for crabbers, and sell chicken necks in event you forget them, and with 24hr notice we can bait your trout line for you, and when you return with your catch for the day steam pots waiting for you. Guest access Common ground accessible to all guest, water front chairs ready for you to put your feet up and relax take in beautiful scenery and water views. Other things to note Please be advised the Boat Rental rates 14' WITH MOTOR $225 day. 16' WITH MOTOR $250 day. Any boat returned uncleaned or not in condition as rented will be charged a $50 fee for cleaning. Same for the Cottages, if turned back over in unclean condition or not as you received the unit in there will be a cleaning bill minimum charge of $50 applied to final bill. There is a 10% tax on your bill 6% collected by ABB, the County Room Tax 4% will be collected upon arrival.
