On a well please bring drinking water. Boat not incl. Great for any type of getaway, family reunions, intimate couples getaway, or family gatherings. We also have horse shoes, corn hole, fire pit with plenty of seating for roasting marshmallows or making s'mores, kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats that are free to guest. We provide coffee pot, silver wear, pots, pans, dishes, utensils for your convenience. Just pack your food and drinks head on down we are on well water which is safe to cook with, may want bring drinking waters if not use to well water. Common grounds available to all guest, some cottages have private gazebos, and we have a larger one as well for the bigger groups, set up with stereo, tv, grills available on site as well. Open fire pit, and piers great for fishing, swing for children, hammocks, kayaks paddle boats, and canoes free to use. We have steamers to cook up your catch of the day as well. Check in 3Pm check out 11Am mandatory. It is a quiet tranquil neighborhood, all neighbors very friendly, but perfect spot if you like to just be to your self as well. St Michael's town is great for old and new shopping. Wonderful restaurants, Maritime Museum, and plenty of window shopping, Car, bike or Uber to town 10-12 min drive Please be advised the Boat Rental rates 14' WITH MOTOR $175 day, 1 Week $875 1/2 day $90 14' NO MOTOR $40 day $200 Week 1/2 day $25 16' WITH MOTOR $200 day, 1 week $1000.00 1/2 day $100.00 16' NO MOTOR $60 day $300 Week 1/2 day $35 Any boat returned uncleaned or not in condition as rented will be charged a $50 fee for cleaning. Same for the Cottages, if turned back over in unclean condition or not as you received the unit in there will be a cleaning bill minimum charge of $50 applied to final bill. There is a 10% tax on your bill 6% collected by ABB, the County Room Tax 4% will be collected upon arrival.
