For couples, artists, musicians (pianists!) solo adventurers & business travelers. NO CHILDREN/PETS. MANY STAIRS-MUST BE MOBILE. MAX: 2 ADULTS. The space The house is secluded and quiet, and maintained for guests with no personal effects present. Enjoy a bath in our large tub, make yourself an espresso (on us), curl up in front of the gas fireplace, drink in the water views. Parking in the driveway. Our "secret local" trail is steps away and provides easy access to the Marin headlands and views of the Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco skyline. Please note that there are no blinds in the house to take full advantage of the views. In the mornings, there are views of sunrise over the water. If you are sensitive to light, please bring sleep masks. Guest access After we check you in, you will have full and exclusive access to the house. Upper level: combined kitchen, dining, living and work area; half bath, deck, patio. Lower level: master bedroom and bathroom with separate tub and shower, two sinks, deck. Decks: Access to outdoor decks with beautiful views of the Bay. Other things to note We've created a very thorough and personal guide to the area that we will email you if you book with us that has information on getting around, as well as things to do and see, and places to eat! Sonos, Apple TV and high-speed internet. No parties or visitors. We live in a very quiet neighborhood -- if you violate this policy, you will be required to leave immediately. We also do NOT allow deliveries (e.g., Door Dash) or Uber pickup, due to the fact that there is nowhere to turn around/double park on our street and these third parties disturb our neighbors.
