This is a quiet neighborhood and loud music will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM everyday. Any noise violation issued to our address during your stay may result in cancellation of your booking with no refund. Our home provides sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests - Room #1 features a queen bed and a futon (3 people) Room #2 features a queen bed (2 people) Room #3 features a queen bed (2 people) Room #4 features a queen bed (2 people) Each bathroom is equipped with 2 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, hand towels, air freshener, and shampoo/body wash. We provide clean sheets, towels, and hand towels to all guests. He is available via airbnb app to address any concerns . If there are any issues , please reach out immediately. pool and hot tub hours are from 8am to 10pm . Also hot tub will need to be filled everyday prior to use , you can use the water hose to fill it up . Host will turn on hot tub upon request . Via an app we use . Pool vacuum and filters turn on everyday from 8am to 2pm . I do my best to keep pool and spa cleaned but anything can happen during the day and night .
