It is located 1/2 mile from Blowing Springs Trail which enters 35 miles of Cycling and hiking trails to Fayetteville. You will love the cozy, eclectic feel and numerous amenities. Comfortable king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, garage, and full back deck that faces a lovely wooded area. This is a detached guest house with large bedroom that features a sink area and television. The bedroom opens up to a new large deck that overlooks a wooded space and grassy area. The kitchen is fully-stocked and has granite counter tops and new stainless appliances, including refrigerator, full-sized oven, dishwasher, double-sided sink, and microwave. Full bathroom with bath tub and granite counter tops. The living area has a new sofa bed to allow for extra sleeping space, and large flat screen television. A dining area allows eating space for four people, and can also be used as a makeshift office space. Two-car garage available, perfect to store and fix Cycles. Washer & dryer located in guest house garage. Guests have access to wi-fi, thermostat, and cable television. We are also happy to offer Bella Vista (a neighboring town) POA guest passes to the community's pools, tennis courts, lakes, golf courses and more. This is available only upon request, and we ask that guests please notify us at one week in advance of their stay if they would like these amenities. Entire, private space. Our personal home is located on the same property, so we are available for help should needs arise or are just happy to chat, but allow you to lead the conversation. Haley Retreat is located just 15 minutes north of downtown Bentonville which is home to quaint shops, delicious restaurants, the Amazeum children's museum, and world-class Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art as well as Wal Mart home office. It is also only one mile from Blowing Springs Cycle and hiking trail. The Promenade outdoor shopping mall, Cabela's, and the Amp Music venue is just 20 minutes away. Haley Retreat is also the ideal location if you are looking for a place to stay while shopping at regional craft fairs, as we are centrally located, and very nearby many craft fair locations. The Bella Vista entrance point of the Razorback Greenway, Northwest Arkansas' 36-mile, primarily off-road, shared-use trail that extends from Bella Vista to Fayetteville is located just one mile away. Devil's Den State Park is just over an hour drive, and Northwest Arkansas is a fantastic place for a variety of outdoor activities. Eureka Springs, which is approximately an hour away, is a fun and quirky little town with eclectic shops, art galleries, and a historic downtown. Fayetteville is about a 40 minute drive, and is home to the University of Arkansas. Whether you're visiting campus, in town for a game, the Roots Festival, or just want to check out all of the great food and fun vibes Fayetteville has to offer, it's a great place to visit as well. Our space offers a private two-car garage that is attached to the guest house and available for use by guests. We do store some personal items in the garage, so if you are needing to use it for multiple vehicles, please just let us know ahead of time and we will gladly make space for you. We are on a well water system, and at various times of year the water can take on an odor. It is harmless, but something to be aware of. We offer bottled water for your convenience.
