My inviting home is the perfect choice for a Nashville weekend. It is 5 minutes from Downtown/Broadway, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Five Points, and Top Golf. It also 2 minutes from all interstates. Parties and Events are not allowed. I can't wait to host you! The space This spacious craftsman-style house is in the high demand East Nashville neighborhood. On my street, you can enjoy two Nashville local favorites -Folk (award winning restaurant), Red Headed Stranger, and Wilburn Street Tavern. I also have several other very popular Nashville restaurants within walking distance, and dozens of others are a quick 5 minute ride away. I love East Nashville! The majority of bars and restaurants are locally owned, so you can get the true Nashville experience, while still being very close to the popular tourist spots. I have a backyard that is perfect for grilling out, and also have cornhole and giant jenga available for entertainment. 1st Floor: -Formal Dining Area that Seats Six -Office -Large, comfortable living area that includes a Flat Screen TV, with connections to surround sound, DVD player, and an Apple TV. We also have games (giant Jenga, Cornhole, Catchphrase, Battle of the Sexes, etc) available for those who want an entertaining night in. -Top of the line kitchen with brand new appliances including a gas range. -Wet Bar with wine cooler -Mud Room -Deck area with a table - perfect for summer nights! -Powder Room 2nd Floor: -Master Suite with a King Size bed and Tempur Pedic Mattress, Flat Screen TV and Apple TV. The Master Bathroom has a large tub, walk in glass enclosed shower, and double vanities with plenty of storage. The Master Suite also includes a private balcony, with comfy furniture for lounging. -Two Large Bedrooms, both with Queen size beds, walk-in closets, and dressers (all available for full use). One of the bedrooms is equipped with a flat screen and cable. -Full Second Bathroom with double vanities -Laundry Room -Queen air mattress located in the linen closet. I will not be present during your stay, but will be involved as much or as little as you need us to be.
