This newly remodeled home feels like pure upgraded comfort. You enter into the top floor, which features a sweeping view of the valley and full length windows. Step out onto the private porch to have your morning coffee or evening wine. Nestled into a fantastic neighborhood, you'll feel like you're in your own private mountain oasis. Downstairs, you will find three bedrooms, a full bath, and a laundry room. Two bedrooms feature new queen size beds for your best night's sleep ever. In the third bedroom make yourself at home with a comfortable full-sized futon. Step outside into a true hidden getaway. The downstairs backyard features a tree-flanked seasonal gas fire pit, outdoor dining area, and outdoor sink for easy BBQ evenings. Guests have private use of the full house. There is a fourth bedroom that is locked and not available to guests. This 2-story, 3-bedroom home will be your private haven for your stay. Baring any urgent needs, we will not be on the property during your stay. This hillside retreat is located in a local neighborhood on the border of Newbury Park and Thousand Oaks. It is a quick drive to Amgen, CLU, and many other top Conejo Valley sites. We highly recommend you have a car during your visit to Thousand Oaks. You will have easy parking on our driveway, right in front of your front door.
