Townhouse two blocks from downtown Utica. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. In a building of three units full-time tenants in back unit. I am in front unit. Parking is tight but off street parking is available. The same unit is available to rent as one bedroom $125- 250. One bedroom one bath is on the first floor. Two bedrooms two baths are on the second floor. If guest does not have a review from another Airbnb host I will not accept reservation. Sorry for any inconveniences
