This adorable 1 bedroom has everything you need and is accessible to the hip and trendy neighborhoods of North Park, Kensington, Hillcrest, South Park and Normal Heights. One parking space, easy walk to restaurants, shops, bars, music venues, and short 5 mile ride to Gaslamp, Downtown, and Balboa Park. Normal Heights is known for the artsy and creatives at heart featuring cuisine, live music, vintage shops and craft beer. The space My home is very tidy and comfortable. The kitchen has all of the essentials you will need to prepare food. The patio is a lovely spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and pastry as the morning sun lights up the garden and lush courtyard. Guest access You will have access to the essential pots, pans, dishes, and refrigerator. You have access to the bathroom, but not my personal care products. The patio and living room are also available to lounge and relax at your leisure. Other things to note The photos are of the condo while I still lived there. My bikes, photos, personal belongings, plants, and most of my books have been removed now. There is a large closet and a hallway closet that is open to store your personal belongings.
