Located minutes from the Little Miami Bike trail network and canoe liveries on the Mad River. The space The cottage has a large eat in kitchen and bar area that is adjacent to a comfortable living room with large TV. The bedrooms each have ample closets and storage and comfy linens . There is an attached 2 car garage a large front porch and a large side deck with eating area. The views are lush and relaxing. Guest access You will have the entire cottage and surrounding area with access to the woods, hiking trails and the pond for fishing and walking. There is a large space with a fire pit to gaze at the night sky. Other things to note We ask there be no gatherings of more than10 without prior approval.
