PLEASE BE INFORMED - NO PETS ALLOWED. Come and enjoy a stay by the Flint River. We have many amenities you’ll enjoy - bring your fishing poles, boats, kayaks and enjoy a day on the river! Also, you may want a night by a fire or to grill a nice meal - we have those options too! And I’ve saved the best for last, make sure you bring your swimsuit- our pool is open for you to use as well!! The space Our guesthouse is equipped with one full bed where 2 guests are welcome and a sofa “click” bed in the living room for any small guests you may have with you. Feel free to bring an air mattress or pack-n-play for any little ones. We do have one twin size air mattress if you’re interested in using it also, just let us know! It has a full bathroom with a tub/shower that is joined in the middle of the living room and bedroom. There is storage for clothes in the bedroom. In the living room area it is equipped with a TV with cable, internet, a kitchenette which includes: dishes, a coffee maker, induction cook eye, a microwave, a mini fridge and a toaster oven. There is no laundry room in the guesthouse, it’s in the main house so if needed, please let me know! We are only about 6.8 miles away from the main hospital here in Albany. (Phoebe Putney) - so we welcome all contract workers who will be working at our local hospital. Other things to note Parking will be in the driveway that’s in front of the main house - the guesthouse is located down by the river, just a short little walk by the pool and you’re there!
