Conveniently located in a trending (but still quiet) East Asheville neighborhood close to Biltmore Village, Blue Ridge Parkway, great breweries, and just a 5 minute drive to downtown. The space This 400 sq foot creative space has everything you will need to be able to relax after a long day exploring Asheville. The room includes a queen size bed, microwave, coffee maker and coffee (including creamer, both dairy and non-dairy), fridge, kitchen table for two, couch, air conditioning, heating, remote controlled fan, smart tv, filtered water, laptop friendly workspace, clothing rack, dresser, ironing essentials. The bathroom has a great shower with an adjustable shower head and plenty of cubby space for your stuff. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body soap for your convenience, as well as a hair dryer. The bed itself is a queen with a comfy mattress, plush king size comforter, duvet cover (that gets washed between guests), plenty of pillows, and storage space available for your luggage under the bed. The private entrance with keypad entry allows for easy self check-in and security. Small outdoor space with a chair and a gravity chair. **Please note** This is a fully legal city of Asheville Airbnb. That means that you are staying in someone’s home which is attached to the apartment. We live upstairs and are active during the daytime hours so you may hear us. Otherwise, it’s very quiet. Quiet time is between 11pm and 7am. Guest access The entire apartment is dedicated to the guests and there are no shared indoor spaces. This private studio has it's own entrance. There is a locked door between rental space and main house. We have laundry facilities available upon request.
