Guesthouse in Ventura

The Cottage is a cozy, welcoming casita in the garden of our home. You have a separate gated entrance, full kitchen and bath, bedroom with double bed and a sitting room with queen sleep sofa. There is plenty of outside relaxing space to enjoy the flora while you are a short hop to historic downtown or the beach. City of Ventura STVR (#2340) 10% tax is included in our daily rate. The space The Garden Cottage is a self contained tiny house that is quiet and private. There is easy, free street parking right at the front gate. Guest access Enjoy your own private gate from street parking right in front of your home-away-from-home. Other things to note Guests will be checked in once we have seen identification. No third party reservations are allowed. The casita is comfortable for two adults. Respecting our neighbors, no parties or loud noise permitted after 10 PM according to San Burenaventura Municipal Codes (sections 10.650.110 and 10.650.210). The kitchen is stocked with basics including coffee, tea and snacks. A grocery store is a short walk from the cottage. Beach chairs and towels are available in the cottage for your use - just bring your 'beach-read'. If you are coming to work you will find the cottage quiet and comfortable with fast wifi speeds. We welcome well socialized, house trained small (25# max) dog guests. They should be with you at all times. Ventura has many beaches, parks and restaurants where dogs are welcome.
