Two Palm Bungalow, A Cozy Cocoa Beachside Getaway

This is a casual and cozy Cocoa Beach home only 200 steps to the beach. We have 3 bedrooms, the front room is bright and sunny with a king bed and desk, the turtle room is equipped with two queen beds and has a separate seating area we call the surfer room. The master bedroom is a large area, with a king bed, on-suite bathroom and an adjacent seating area with sleeper sofa and mini fridge. All bedrooms have smart tv's with cable access . Wifi is high speed. The pool is heated to 85degs The space This is a comfortable beach home with plenty of room for a family or multiple couples. We have tried to furnish the space with casual and comfortable furnishings. The living room, kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled in Dec ‘21. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. There are 3 bedrooms and the surfer room which is equipped with a futon couch, a great area for lounging and reading. All bedrooms have smart TV’s. There are two bathrooms, the master bath has a full shower and the hall bathroom has a tub shower combo. There is a desk in the front room for our work from home visitors. The Internet is high speed with bandwidth capable of video conferencing. Outside, there is a gas grill just off the kitchen and separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, boogie boards and various beach toys. The pool is professionally maintained and heated. The yard surrounding the pool is fully fenced. Guest access Pool and yard are fenced and private for guests only. There is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer for guest use. Other things to note The TVs in the house are all smart tv’s . If you wish to watch local channels select the remote button that looks like a house. This will bring up the TV apps along the bottom of the screen. Scroll over to the spectrum app and select. Spectrum app will load automatically allowing access to local stations. The pull out couch in the back room has a comfortable spring/inflatable mattress. The inflator can be found in the under TV upper cabinet drawer. Unzip the mattress edge to access the inflation port. The pool has been recently renovated and is maintained weekly. Jim will be there Friday mornings to clean and check chemicals. Garbage days are Monday morning and Thursday mornings. Please put the green top can out the night before Recycle Bin is yellow topped. Please put yellow top recycle can out Thursday night We no longer accept any pets at this property
