Linens and beach chairs and toys are included. One free parking spot in the lot with plenty of street parking in the off-season. Family-friendly activities are abundant year-round. Our place is bright, cozy, has comfy beds, a laundry room and a new kitchen. The space Completely renovated in 2016. Located on the 1st floor with steps that go directly to the beach from the patio. The building is concrete/masonry. Everything is new, beautifully decorated and super-clean. Guest access The entire space is accessible but for a few drawers and small closets (owners closets). Other things to note Primary renter must be 25 or older. NO SENIOR WEEK RENTERS!!!! Sheets and towels are provided, but not toiletries. Please only use cold water for the washing machine. This is our home and we use it frequently so please, treat it as you would your own home. Although children of all, ages are welcome, the condo has not been child-proofed.
