Below is some information from the the clubs website. 2024 TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP RATES Homeowners are limited to how many times their home can have a Temporary Membership. Please inquire directly with your realtor (or homeowner) to make sure they have a membership available. Off Season Rates January 1, 2024 through June 21, 2024 One Week - $340 Two Weeks - $645 President's Week (February 17 - February 24) - $590 Main Summer Season Rates - June 22, 2024 through September 2, 2024 One Week - $520 Two Weeks- $935 Three Weeks- $1,220 Four Weeks- $1,380 Five Weeks- $1,525 Six Weeks or More- $1,835 Temporary Membership provides access to the lakes, ponds and beaches, the Clubhouse Restaurant, participation in recreation and social activities, the Recreation Tennis Courts, Pools, Silver Tennis (Court Fees are additional) and Silver Golf (Greens Fees are additional). It also provides access to the Logan Steele Community Center which includes usage of an indoor pool with zero-depth entry, kids splash park, adult whirlpool, steam room and sauna, state-of-the-art fitness center, aerobic room, multi-purpose room for various sports, café, indoor tot lot, outdoor pavilion, outdoor fields, outdoor playground and wireless internet usage. To ensure access to our facilities, please follow the steps below and complete the necessary forms. TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP SIGN-UP 1. Complete the Temporary Membership Application *The application MUST be filled out and submitted with payment in order to receive Temporary Membership. You do not have to list your guests on the application. You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Click here for the Temporary Membership Application 2. Upload photos of everyone listed on the membership. *Lake Naomi Club requires pictures for the membership badges. *If you are renting through a real estate agency, that agency will pick up your packet for you and have them with your keys upon check in, provided your account is paid in full and we have received all photos for everyone listed on the application. Provide us with a copy of your lease or online booking confirmation There is an option to attach your booking confirmation on the Temporary Membership Application 4. Download the LNC App and put a credit card on file Once you receive your confirmation email with your log in credentials, log into the website or LNC App to put a credit card on file. This is required to sign up for events, attend fitness classes, make indoor pool reservations, etc. Click here for instructions on how to put a credit card on file through the LNC App or website. 5. RENTALS IN TIMBER TRAILS COMMUNITY ONLY Fill out the Vehicle Information Form and the TTCA Rental Agreement. *The vehicle information sheets will allow you to enter through the gatehouse upon your arrival, don't delay your vacation any more than you have to, and have it filled out ahead of time. Please note that the TTCA Renter Agreement needs to be filled out by both the renter and homeowner. If you have not received this form from the homeowner please contact them directly. Once the Renter Agreement is completed, the homeowner should send it to Wendi Freeman TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW/ADDITIONAL FEES The Temporary Membership covers two adults and up to six dependent children/grandchildren ages 4-23. Children ages 3 and under do not need a membership badge. Adult children and their spouses may be added to the membership in the category of Special Family Members for $60 per adult per week. Guest Information Please note that the Temporary Member MUST be with their Guests at all times. The Community Center currently allows guests, 6 guests/weekdays and 4 guests/weekends. ($10 per guest daily) The Lake Naomi Clubhouse currently allows guests to dine with Members. (No guest fee) Golf currently allows 7 guests/weekdays and 3 guests/weekends. ($25 weekday per guest/$35 weekend, holiday per guest) Beaches allow guests. (No guest fee) Canoes, Kayaks and Rowboats are available to rent at Club Beach through Labor Day Only and can be arranged through the Boathouse Shed Boat rental (Main Summer Season Only) - 2 hour rentals - $40.00, Half day rentals - $55.00, Full day rental - $70.00 **If bringing your own watercraft, it must be registered and have a LNC sticker. The cost is $65. (No sculling boats permitted)** Lake Naomi Tennis charges a court fee for members of $5.00 per person for doubles and $10 per person for singles.
