Central, Tropical Garden View Oasis

Your 2nd floor tropical garden view suite, has a king size bed which comfortably accommodates 2 persons. Away from all the hustle and bustle of tourist and crowds, yet centrally located to all things you would want to visit or do on the island. The space Situated in a 3-story condo. Your 2nd floor, Air conditioned suite has a breathtaking tropical garden view. It has a king size bed, basic cable tv, wireless internet access, microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. Access to you own private bathroom with soaker tub and shower. Linen, bath towels and Beach towels provided, so no need to add extra weight to your suitcase! Outside is a private garden, with a covered patio and seating for outside dining. Packnplay or crib and stand fans are available upon request. Guest access Along with you private room and bathroom, guest will have access to the private lush tropical garden that we have the privilege of calling a backyard along with all it has to offer. Access to communal pool is based on availability. The entrance, Dining area and Front room are shared spaces. Kitchen is off limits Wireless Internet is available. Assigned Parking available upon request. During your stay It is up to you how much interaction there is with your host. I reside in the condo, in a third floor bedroom. I am at home most of the time and more than happy to offer advice on where to go and what to do, etc. I am very easy going and enjoy meeting new people, but I ask that my home is respected as the 1st floor entrance and living areas is a shared space. Your privacy and mine are my number one priority. I will help make your stay comfortable in anyway I can but I understand and respect your privacy as well. I will be available for any questions, concerns or directions and will always be just a phone call and a short drive away, so please feel free to ask me for assistance with anything. I will provide my cell number to you if you are lost or need directions or even suggestions on where to go, please don't be shy. I will also provide information maps, books and leaflets to help you get around and can give you many recommendations for things to do including local restaurants and bars. Lastly but importantly, I share my home with my 3 babies, my daughter and 2 small dogs Lexi and Ricky. So if you are wary or allergic to dogs then this may not be the place for you :-(. Other things to note Check in time is 1:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. However, If there are no guest checking in or out on the day you arrive or depart, and your arrival time is before scheduled check in time or you need a late check out time, I have no problem with you scheduling an early checkin or late checkout, just ask:-) I am a professional chef so if you wish to have a personal chef cook for you, arrangements can be made. Breakfast is a available, but if you have special dietary restrictions please advise when booking, to confirm we can accommodate. You will be entirely responsible for your own safety when it comes to swimming in the pool or the sea. Young children will need to be kept an eye on also as there is nothing stopping access to the pool and no life guards at the beach. In other words, you swim and play at your own risk!! To assist with your trip please always let me know if there is a specific thing you would like to really get from the trip i.e rest, see another island, food, party, sight seeing, diving, etc. Also if you have any health condition that can arise please let me know. In addition please provide me with an emergency contact in case of any unforeseen circumstances. Safety should be your number one priority therefore if taking the public transit at any time secure your phone, money, valuables etc. Long term guests are also welcomed
