Cozy and inviting one bedroom, one bathroom condo with a large pool located in GULF VIEW I condominiums on the south side of the island. It's next to Beach Park and a short 8 to 10 minute walk to a private beach access. The condo has two queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa, and a fully stocked kitchen. It’s perfect for a family of four. No pets or smoking allowed. There will be an additional $100 fee if pets or smoking occurs on the premises (balcony area included). The space We welcome you to our home away from home. Expect a clean condo with a fully stocked kitchen. You will be provided with clean towels, extra blankets, dish washing soap, a limited amount of toilet paper, and paper towels. Please bring extra toiletries not mentioned (shampoo, conditioner, hair products, etc.) and beach towels. Please note that we DON’T have a washer or dryer in the unit. However, there is a coin operated laundromat on the second floor ($2.00 per washer and dryer). We are located on the SOUTH side of the island next to Beach Park. We are minutes away from the beach and all major attractions as well as the causeway. We have strict security on-site that provides our guest with an added layer of safety and security. MUST BE 21 OR OLDER TO BOOK. For the month of MARCH: NO SPRING BREAKERS OR PARTYING! NOTE FROM THE CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT: There is an additional BUILDING ACCESS bracelet charge: $40.00 up to 3 nights and $50.00 for 4 nights (Cash only) The age group required to purchase a wristband is between 13 and 28. This fee will be to access the building, pool area, and other common areas. Picture ID Required. Our management office is responsible for giving out the pool bracelets and parking permits this month. SPI PERMIT #: 2023-2474 Guest access Guests can access the pool area as long as they are wearing a visible pool bracelet. NO GLASS bottles of containers will be permitted inside the pool area. Guests can also access the beach in a nearby private access that will take an 8-10 minute walk. Please see pictures attached. Other things to note 1 key will be available in the lock box and the other one inside the condo. 2 parking permits and 6 pool bracelets will be placed inside the condo once you enter except for the month of MARCH and our winter Texan season. Management will give out the pool bracelets and parking permits those months.
