Teatime Pastels and florals make this a sweet cottage for weekend get-aways. One queen bedroom/one bath and a sleeper sofa allows for as many as a group of 4 to enjoy this quiet spot in the vineyard. A long ramp and deck allow for easy access for rolling bags, strollers or those who cannot use steps. Generous deck with outside seating has a direct view of the 3rd oldest vineyard in TX. Stove, microwave, toaster, Keurig and small fridge provide all the necessities for breakfast with a view! The space We are the 3rd oldest vineyard in Texas. We are a working vineyard growing grapes and producing a number of wines and Mead. These quaint house/cottage rentals now onsite are from the DIY Network Show, Texas Flip and Move. We have decorated each to retain their each unique personality. Our 8,000 sft Event Center up the hill is scheduled to open August 2018 where guests can then enjoy our tasting room with patio seating and lite fare. In the meantime, a common area complete with pavilion, seating and fire pit is available along with several picnic tables and grills for outdoor gatherings. Tv with local channels and a Firestick and Wifi, no cable. Guest access A community area pavilion is great for picnics, yard games or enjoying the fire pit. A community laundry room is conveniently located onsite in our Brown Shed. Sheep, sheep dogs, donkeys and more reside on property. Feel free to take a stroll up the gravel drive or among the vines or simply enjoy the views with coffee on your deck, a great morning ritual! Other things to note We are a working vineyard and commercial property. From time to time, private events may occur up the hill from the cabins or tours of the production facility located nearby.
