The space Loft above our garage, situated along Essex county’s wine route. Guests have a parking spot right outside their separate entrance (Please do not park in front of the garage doors as we need access to them). Please note: no gatherings, events, or video productions. No additional guests are permitted for any amount of time, unless approved by hosts. Please note that check in is no earlier than 3pm unless agreed upon otherwise. ****please note our property is not a 1 minute walk to the beach. Air bnb put that in on their own based on our location. Closest public beach is about a 3 minute drive up the road***
