The room has a King bed, sofa, and recliner. Private balcony and features a full kitchen and appliances. Bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower. Within walking distance to Pier Park and many restaurants. New 2024 laundry facilities on property (visa/coin operated). We have a Beachside café and heated pool! The space March 2026 the building complex was renovated to meet State and City engineering requirements. This Studio is remodeled with FREE Wi-Fi! We are located DIRECTLY on the beach. Studio has its own private balcony and you will have beautiful ocean and beach views !!!. Especially the evening sunsets. Unit has a king bed and full kitchen complete with quartz countertops, stove, and microwave to enjoy your meals at the table and a 42" Smart TV. We are a half mile walking distance to Pier Park, activities, and many restaurants to choose from. Bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower. New 2024 Speed Queen laundry facilities, Visa or Coin operated. They are located on 1st, 3rd, and 4th floors of the property. There is also a beachside café Flippers grill and Bar. It is seasonal starting in March and ending sometime in September. Property has a heated pool! for cooler months. Free Beach Chairs and Umbrella starts March 15 - October 31, 2026. Guest access This studio is remodeled with free Wi-Fi! We are within a half mile walking distance to Pier Park, activities, and many restaurants. The Sports Complex is just over 5 minutes away from our location. New 2024 Speed Queen laundry facilities, Visa or Coin operated. They are located on 1st, 3rd, and 4th floors of the property. There is also a beachside café Flippers grill and Bar. It is seasonal starting in March and ending sometime in September. You can sit down at the pergola to enjoy your meals or just watch the waves or the evening sunsets! Property also has a pool and is heated for cooler months. We provide Free Beach Chairs and Umbrella that starts March 15 - October 31, 2026. On the beach there is a volleyball area (bring your own ball). Also, the complex has parking for one vehicle on the paved lot or in the parking garage. Additional free parking on the gravel parking lot for additional vehicle. There are also BBQ grills that are located at the West end of the complex. Other things to note FREE beach chairs and umbrella are included with renting our Condo. The seasonal package starts around March 15 to October 31, 2026. The commercial chairs/umbrella usually rent for $40 per day, so that means you save lots of money and don’t have to bring your own chairs! Due to health concerns, we do not provide condiments, spices, oil and other basic cooking ingredients. The Kitchen does have pots, pans, and necessary utensils to cook meals.
