The space Cute, Cozy & Charming ! This 2nd story apartment is spacious enough for 4, with an open bar-style kitchen. Relaxed modern furnishings, equipped for long-term stays. A piece of History - Exquisitely crafted with high ceilings, wood floors, french doors and chandeliers, this stunning architectural treasure was built for the Olympia Brewery family in 1921. The Urban Oasis is also the perfect home base for your Northwest Adventures. Plan your escapes to the Pacific Coast, the Olympic Peninsula or the Emerald City for the day and come home to roost in seclusion. *** There is a light switch on the left side of the garage that lights the path and your front porch. *** Please note - Our home is shared with other guests and located near the highway so there is some overflow noise, as well as a steep set of stairs going up to the apartment. * There is a second room that is not really a bedroom. It is a low ceiling room with a king size memory foam mattress, and it is worth noting that this room can get warm on extremely hot summer days. * There are fees for extra guests, laundry facilities and other optional services. * Extra guest fee is $25 per person, per night, after 2 guests. Guest access Before Booking, Please read below and see "Other notes" for more details about our home. You have the entire apartment to yourself, with private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. You may wander the property and enjoy the back deck and gardens, but please be careful as the hillside is steep. *** There is limited parking. You may ask for more than one parking space, but otherwise additional guests must park on the street. You may unload up front if needed, and park anywhere but the very back space by the fence, as it is reserved for backing out. We offer Room Service, Self Check-In, Luggage drop-off, Early Check-In and Late Check-out. *** Finding the house is tricky so FOLLOW THE LISTING DIRECTIONS. *** The entrance is on the 2nd floor, round back. Other things to note *** Quiet time begins at 11pm. *** As stated in the description, the second "bedroom" that is not really a bedroom, but low ceiling room with a king size memory foam mattress, and it is worth noting that this room can get warm on extremely hot summer days. We have provided air conditioning and fans to keep things cool. *** Since we are located next to I-5 and the home is shared with other humans, you may wish to reconsider if you are extremely sensitive to noise or an unusually light sleeper. Most people don't have a problem, as it is fairly quiet inside. *** In addition, Washington is a legal Marijuana state and tabbacco is also permitted on the property.  We can accommodate, but if you have a big problem with a little smoke and can't speak up, this may not be the place for you. *** In general, we do not police our guests' or residents' behavior and we appreciate clear communication. *** In other words, please do not complain in a review if you can't talk to us about it first. We like to be good hosts and give you a good experience. Thank you THERE ARE ADDITIONAL FEES: - Extra guest fee is $25 per guest per person, per night - Early check-in and late check-out available for $25 Fee. - Unintentional late check out and unauthorized guests will be charged $50. - Laundry is in the main house and available only when we are home. The fee is $15 per load. The Westside Laundry is close by and they do provide inexpensive same-day Wash-N-Fold drop-off services.
