Come stay at our cozy apartment located in the friendly historic cement mining town of Rosendale. The apartment is within walking distance to Main Street where you can explore a variety of eclectic small shops, the Rosendale Theatre, restaurants and more. Easily access the Wallkill Valley Rail Trail system, enjoy scenic views from the trestle, Joppenburgh Mountain and explore the Widow Jane Mine. For outdoor enthusiasts our place is a short drive to the Mohonk Preserve and Minnewaska State Park. The space The apartment is located on the second floor of an 1800s house in a small quiet neighborhood. Enjoy your morning coffee on a small private porch while you listen to the birds sing. Spread a blanket on the large flat lawn and read a book while breathing in the fresh country air. For bike enthusiasts we offer space to store bikes under the porch stairs. Guest access The whole apartment is private to the guests and separate from our main house. There are no shared spaces other than the parking lot, yard and walkway. Other things to note We are open to discuss the possibility of allowing small dogs for stays. However they must be non aggressive, leashed at all times when outside and completely house broken. A small kennel can be provided for use.
