Relax in the ultra plush-top bed or on the oversized couch and catch a movie on Netflix. Kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your next "home-cooked" meal! Looking for something you need? We've already filled the cabinets with individually wrapped condiments, cooking spray, oil, spices, bottled water, coffee K-Cups, hot chocolate, tea bags, snacks, your own sponge to take home, paper towels, napkins, and aluminum foil. We also provide you with antibacterial dish and hand soap, and in the bathroom: lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner! *NOTE: the living space sits atop the barn and horse stalls. It is a separate dwelling from the main house. We are on 9 acres nestled into a beautiful residential area. You may see some of the neighboring homes through the trees during the winter months. You have access to the enclosed area around the barn. With permission, you may also access the pastures. Should you be traveling with your horse(s) and arrange for nightly boarding, you will also have trailer parking, 2 stalls and a private paddock secured with 4 board + electric fence. We also have barrels and cones should you need them to work your horse(s). We can also show you where you can hike through a wooded area of our property where you will find a small creek and antique moonshine still! **NOTE: We do not have trails.** Please park your vehicle(s) in the gravel area around the barn, but never inside the barn. Please pack accordingly for inclement weather (umbrellas). **Horseback riding is not included in nightly rate and must be arranged separately and is subject to host availability, horses’ health, and weather. It is not guaranteed that horseback riding will be available at all times but there are other horseback riding operations nearby.** We love to socialize with our guests but also respect your privacy. We can be as present or as absent as you prefer! We are always around though for anything you need. However, you will likely hear us in the mornings and evenings when we feed the horses and clean the stalls. You also may run into us when we ride or train our horses.
