The kitchenette has a fridge, microwave, coffee maker and blender. Parking is available for 1 vehicle. Additional street parking is available up and down the street. Beach picnic packages available for a fee. Champaign upon arrival if requested. Freeway traffic noise. The space Minutes from the beach yet in a forest like setting. Look out your picture windows to see the trees and wild life....watch the deer snacking on blackberries beyond the fence...watch the squirrels jumping through the trees! The setting is quiet and relaxing. Come to work or to play but come and stay! Motion sensor lights light the pathway to the apartment. Wifi access point dedicated to the space provides high speed access. Smart TV with Hulu, NetFlix, Prime, YouTube and all other streaming apps.(please bring your passwords!) Guest access Enter on the right side of the garage through the gate. Other things to note The kitchenette is equipped with a toaster, microwave, fridge/ freezer, Keurig coffee maker, and blender. A Panni press, one burner cooktop with pots and pans, electric fry pan and combo convection oven, air fryer are located in the closet. Coffee, creamers, sugar, and teas are a staple. A variety of breakfast breads, bagels, English muffins, cream cheese, butter, peanut butter and jams are available upon request. Fully stocked snack baskets are waiting for you upon arrival. Dog treats too!!! The kitchenette is stocked with real plates, bowls, glasses, red and white wine glasses and champagne flutes, coffee cups and real silverware, a juicer and wine opener. Dog bowls and doggie waste bags are provided. Cleaning supplies are located under the sink. If you are celebrating a birthday or anniversary just let me know! I can accommodate special request for celebrations for a fee. Make that celebration special for your favorite person or people.
