Comfortable Room Five Min Walk to Blue Line/ RM 1

Welcome to our Irving Park home, just a five minute walk to the blue line and Kennedy Expressway. We are conveniently located between O'Hare Airport and downtown, making it a quick trip to either destination. In addition, Wrigleyville is only 15 mins away for Cubs games and Logan Square and Wicker Park nightlife are both off of the blue line and only take 10 mins to get to. There are great restaurants in our neighborhood and we are happy to make some recommendations! The space Room #1 You will have a full size bed in a private room with keypad access, so you can come and go as you please (we have a foldable mattress and can accommodate an extra guest in the room if needed) . You will be sharing the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms with other airbnb guests. There is a foosball table and board games in the living room. Since this is a shared space, we require quiet hours between 9PM-8AM. We also have security cameras in common areas and we do not allow smoking. We are a husband and wife team and we live in the unit upstairs. We speak English and Spanish. We tend to give our guests space, but we are always love giving recommendations and we are always happy to assist guests. Since we live in the building, if there is anything you need one of us is usually around. We are here to help! Every guest is provided clean bedding and a towel. Each bathroom is stocked with hand soap, body soap, 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner, and toilet paper. The kitchen has all your essentials, pots, pans, silverware, drinkware, plates, bowls, as well as free Keurig coffee and tea. In addition, guests have access to a hairdryer, iron, and extra blankets.
