This 1500sqft, 3 bedroom unit is one of few at Meadow Ridge with no one above or below you and has direct access versus a common entrance. Attached single stall garage with gas grill and four beach chairs for guest use. Large deck and backyard. Meadow Ridge is located at the start of Egg Harbor, nestled on a large complex right off of Hwy-42. This condo offers great amenities (freshly laundered linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, WiFi, smart TVs for guests to sign into using their own accounts, central air, gas fireplace, fully stocked kitchen). As of January 2022, the entire condo has been remodeled! The first floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed, shower and huge jacuzzi tub. It also has a stacked washer/dryer in the half bath (complementary laundry soap and dryer sheets). The first floor living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. The second floor has a full bathroom. The first bedroom has two queen beds. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a balcony with seating for two. Spectrum TV and internet included. Four smart TVs are available to sign in to your own streaming services, or enjoy the 100 preloaded channels. Spectrum Cable is available on the living room TV only. Guests have access to an indoor pool, hot tub and exercise bikes, available year round in the pool house. An outdoor pool and tennis court is available seasonally, typically mid June - Labor Day. This is at the discretion of the Meadow Ridge property management. Condo F23 has a single car, attached garage that is available for guest use. In addition, there is room for 2 vehicles, parked front to back, directly in front of the garage door for guest use. Egg Harbor, Wisconsin, United States A 2 to 5 minute drive gets you to the beach, Fun Park, orchards, One Barrel Brewing, Shipwrecked, grocery store, boat launch, shops, ice cream, Casey's BBQ and much much more! Harbor Ridge Winery is adjacent to the property and an easy walk from the condo. Most people drive themselves. Uber is readily available in season, less available in the off season. Once in downtown Egg Harbor or any other town, walking gets you almost anywhere you want to go. Meadow Ridge currently consists of 5 buildings with 4 condos each. All condos are owned by individuals but the overall resort (common areas) is managed by a central management company who manages the pool, internet, lawn care, snow removal, etc. Building F consists of 4 condos (F21, F22, F23, F24). All units are upper/lower units so you will not have anyone above or below you during your stay. Each of the units has their own garage, private entrance, and private upper and lower decks. The yard behind the building is shared space for all guests.
